3. Services

Blue Marlin Dive Gili Air provides diving courses, equipment rentals, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.



4. Booking and Payments


Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and may be declined if payment is not received within the required timeframe.


Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.
  • Payments made through third-party gateways may be subject to additional processing fees.


Cancellations and Refunds

At Blue Marlin Dive Gili Air, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while maintaining fairness in our policies.


​a. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds may be requested for cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service.
    • Once eLearning has been assigned, the deposit is non-refundable.
    • Services or bookings explicitly marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refunds.


​b. Non-Refundable Deposits

    • eLearning Fees – Once assigned, the eLearning portion of a course cannot be refunded.
    • Room Booking Deposits - Deposits for accommodation are non-refundable.

However, we are happy to change your booking dates to suit your schedule, subject to availability.


​c. Time Frame for Refund Requests

    • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase or booking date.
    • For specific services, such as multi-day courses or special events, refund requests must be made at least 30 days in advance.


​d. Refund Process

    • To request a refund, contact our customer service team at info@bluemarlingiliair.com with your booking reference and the reason for the refund request.
    • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.


​d. Refund Approval

    • Refund requests are reviewed and approved by our customer service manager.
    • Approval is based on compliance with our policy criteria and the reason for the request.


​e. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
    • Any refunds will incur a service charge by the payment gateway.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


​f. Partial Refunds

    • Partial refunds may be granted in cases where a service was only partially completed or if a customer had to leave early.
    • The amount refunded will be based on the proportion of the service not received.


​g. Cancellations

    • Customers may cancel their bookings up to 14 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund except any non-refundable fees (see above).
    • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price.


​h. Rescheduling

    • Customers may reschedule their bookings up to 7 days before the scheduled service at no additional cost.
    • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking price.


​i. Exceptions

    • Refunds and rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Proof may be required.

5. Diving Courses

  • Prerequisites: Participants must meet all prerequisites as listed for each course.
  • Medical Conditions: Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to dive. A medical clearance from a doctor may be required.
  • Safety Standards: All courses are conducted in accordance with PADI, TDI, and IART standards. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors.



6. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: To access certain features of our website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Account Usage: You agree that you will not use another user’s account without their permission. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Termination: Blue Marlin Dive Gili Air reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activities that harm the website or other users.

  • Assumption of Risk: Diving and related activities involve inherent risks. Participants assume all risks associated with diving activities.
